"Useful and modern Tool "

What do you like about Prescreen?

Easy to use and very modern "look and feel". Supports you with candidate handling, very good communication options with the candidate, which saves you lots of time.

Also it's easy to apply for the candidate so it's a plus for the candidate experience

What do you dislike about Prescreen?

limited options for reports and the search mechanism is sometimes not logic, names are not found at first try etc.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Prescreen solve?

big time saver with lots of template options, makes candidate handling very easy and gives more than a good overview of your different options and where you Stand in the process

"Poor ATS"

What do you like about Prescreen?

I can't think of anything in particular that I like about the product. It's cumbersome and I wouldn't recommend it!!!

What do you dislike about Prescreen?


Poor Tech support.
The vendor lacks complete knowledge of the North American market. Their literal translation of German terms to English. I.E. Speculative Resume when they should state it as general applicant.
It's not nearly robust enough. For example: It' lacks an exclusionary/ Exclusionary feature. So you have to look at rejected candidates as opposed to the ATS rejecting individuals who did not meet basic criteria,.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Prescreen solve?

It has been used for Applicant Tracking. Has not solved any problems rather created a plethora of them.
