What do you like about Precoro?

Precoro is a user friendly, easily configurable tool that could be customized to fit complex business needs. Customer service is great and proactive, and updates on the features are frequent.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

No vendor evaluation module is available in the system, some bugging was faced in the reporting module.

"An easy tool for managing Purchase Orders"


What do you like about Precoro?

A great way to automate operations and centralise purchasing processes. We can now create, track & approve PO’s more efficiently. Precoro allows us to track spending and avoid exceeding budgets. We hope this system will help to increase cash flow transparency by monitoring all our corporate expenses.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

There could be improvement made to general format and presentation of PO’s that are generated on the system. There is no option to fully customise either the layout or the text.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

We used Precoro as we needed a PO system that would integrate efficiently with QuickBooks. We also wanted a system that would allows us to put spending controls in place so that budgets could be better managed.

"Great product and an incredible value"


What do you like about Precoro?

The ease of use and the simple set-up has been huge. It's given our accounting team so much detail and visibility. It's really given us insight into the amounts and products we purchase from multiple vendors without having to go to each site or email our reps. Being able to walk into a meeting ready with data and spending trends has been incalculable. Having the ability to pull reports and create custom reports quickly has been huge in helping us adapt to the constant change within our industry.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

When a PO is created it is really tedious to go back and cancel it or change quantities if one of our vendors runs into fulfillment issues. Processing returns and making changes to budgets is a bit of a task. We'd like to see changes made to these areas that will allow us to adapt on the fly.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

Having enhanced visibility into our spending and quantities purchased to set us up to negotiate better deals with our most used and trusted vendors. Being able to pull reports and create reports quickly has been essential to setting our business up for success.

What do you like about Precoro?

I've been using Precoro Tool for my start-up's purchasing needs and it has been a game-changer for our budget control. What do you like about Precoro?

Guided setup quick to use, program easily covers the majority of day-to-day purchasing and warehousing activities, ranging from order creation, and issuance, to follow-up, receipt and general inventory summaries. PRECORO offers plenty of additional features, which seem to be handy, but were not utilized or tested in depth, due to the nature of project requirements and company directives.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Warehousing and Inventory features require improvement , such as sublevels to particular physical storage location, and virtual issue voucher, to keep up to date of inventories automatically, without having to manually alter the individual stock levels retrospectively.

What do you like about Precoro?

Precoro has significantly increased our working productivity and is the most user-friendly software we have ever used. The cost does not come with a heavy price, and the Developer is willing further to provide an attractive business package to our Company.

Unfortunately so far as an active user, we did not really have any issues with Precoro.

What do you like about Precoro?

Quickbooks integration. This makes keeping the books clean a little easier. The customer service is usually fairly timely and that is appreciated. For the most part the program is fairly organized and helps keep your order in one place. Pretty good continuity through the entire procurement process.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

There are several issues that make it difficult to you. You can not edit an RFP in any way after you have created it. You need to send a new one to make any change. It is difficult to use on the supplier side and I have encountered a lot of resistance from suppliers that would rather send me a quote through my email. This isn't the end of the world but there is no where in Precoro to upload a quote send through email so that they are stored there. You can't enter any information given from your supplier. They either have to enter it all or it doesn't show up and it has to be stored elsewhere until you are ready to issue a PO. If there was some kind of option for suppliers to download a spreadsheet, fill it out and upload it then they could at least use copy and paste. My suppliers complain that they have to do it twice if they use Precoro.
If you have multiple suppliers that compete for long lists of material, there is no way to store a history in your catalogue of prices offered by more than one supplier. You can only have one supplier's info entered. There are several usability issues that may seem like a small deal but are the difference between having flow and having to stop and click things constantly which make it painful. Overall the program is great but there are a few things that make it fairly frustrating.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

Precoro helped get all of our orders in one place and keep them organized. We use it for all orders on charge accounts. We largely use it to get competitive pricing from suppliers on lists of construction materials, to order, and to receive the items after. Precoro has a great receiving function which allows you to easily document which items from an order have been received and what is not in your possession yet.

"Very pleased with Precoro"


What do you like about Precoro?

-Easy to learn and use
-Very good customer service (if you have any questions of any nature, you just press a button and within a minute someone guides you through the problem)
-The team actually takes feedback into account and implements it, improving the product accordingly
-It covers most of a procurements process imaginable needs.
-It automates a lot of the said processes.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Some things could be improved:
-Currently you cant modify item rows by bulk in a Purchase order (can be troublesome if you run a factory)
-Currently you can only introduce invoice prices line by line if you want to connect them to the purchase order and check whether they re the same with the ones in the catalogue (but I understood from the team they are working on a system to introduce invoices automatically)
-The management system for undelivered items is a bit underdeveloped.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

We are managing our factory’s entire procurement process through Precoro. Using it, we monitor every single item that goes through the factory, from bolts to profiles/reinforcement, etc.

"Fantastic Procurement Software - Easy to use and wonderful support! "


What do you like about Precoro?

This software is so easy to use and the support is superb. What do I like?

1) Customizable. Being able to add fields to documents and customize reports is perfect for our needs and a serious time saver.

2) Support - Fast, friendly and open to new ideas.

3) User Friendly - Easy to implement. Easy to to navigate.

4) Approval system - Can see the purchasing process from start to finish

5) Emailing POs directly to vendors

6) Budgets!!!

7) Value - This is a great price for the software. And I didn't have to pay any type of start up fee.

8) Precoro offers a monthly update report with information on the company, new features and what they are currently working on. This is so great!

What do you dislike about Precoro?

I would like is the ability to edit the purchase order supplier and location information after it is confirmed. I have made a few typos and find that I have to cancel the PO and start again.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

Currently I use Precoro for purchasing, receiving and item transaction info. We did not have a purchasing software here when I started and after researching several other softwares, Precoro offers us everything we need. The ability to pull an item transaction report is huge. I need to be able to look at history and trends for our items to help make the best inventory decisions. I really could not find this ability in other softwares unless it was a full blown ERP system and we do not need that here.

This has cut my purchasing time in half. I also have all the information in one area. I can't say enough how much I truly enjoy this software!

Intuitive and mobile-friendly interface, superb customer support, fast approvals, and complete spend control.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Some of the features were not flexible enough and needed some improvements. It would be good to have more flexibility through the approval cycle.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

It has been challenging to manage employee requests and compare them with budgets. Many of them were lost or made post factum. As a result, we have spent more than necessary, and the whole procurement process took a long time. Now we have all the steps from the request to the receipt in one system. In addition, an inventory section, vendor catalog, and reports.

What do you like about Precoro?

Excellent web-based solution for issuing PO in companies looking to simplify & streamline procurements process that include issuing PO, approving, tracking and receiving without management overhead. For a small company without dedicated operation function, Precoro is very easy to use, very easy to train on and proved to be very effective is optimizing our procurement process.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

There is nothing I dislike about Precoro. As with any software solution, there are features that are unique to our needs that are currently not available. yet, Precoro team is very available and helpful in suggesting workarounds with the existing system that are usually good enough.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

We have been using it to allow every person in our organization to issue PO for products that need for our development activities. The PO is then approval by dedicated functions and sent to the supplier.
Before using Precoro, our PO issuing was manual using a custom template we built, but depended on a single person to issue the PO and required an email approval process that was annoying and cumbersome.

What do you like about Precoro?

Approval process, report section, reasonable price, 3-way-matching, fast onboarding process.
It's quite easy to track requests with budgets and track order statuses in real time. The mobile version is very important to me. I can use Precoro everywhere.

The software is very useful and is designed very well. Great experience right from the start. Customer service guided us through the setup, which was much easier than we thought. The onboarding process took less than 2 weeks.

Precoro covers all the procurement process aspects, real-time reports, vendor and contracts management. It's pretty simple to track the order statuses. The centralized storage space for all previous POs is very convenient.

Precoro is an excellent tool for our needs. Most of all, I like: streamlined approval workflow. It`s really good to have a place where you can create purchase requests from catalogs in 2-3 minutes. Customer Support Team helped us with each step of implementation.

What do you like about Precoro?

After a product demo, we decided that it fits our needs the best. I can track all requests and monitor the budget. Everything became much more transparent. The coolest thing is that our GM can approve from his phone in just one click. Precoro helped my team evaluate the purchase process's errors.

What do you like about Precoro?

It's easy to receive an invoice and compare it to the PO, and if everything's okay, the finance director confirms it. We cut our time to process payments by 70 percent and don't need a lot of time processing. Response from CSM Mary has been very personable and quick. That's one of their strongest sides. Precoro meets all our requirements, so we don't have any problems with using it.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

I can't edit the due date after the RFP is sent out. That's 1 con, which I can single out.

With Precoro, our company forgot about such issues as overpayment and congestion of manual work.

2. Now every PR is tracked its creation until delivery.
3. Easily generated spend reports
4.Chatting directly in the system through comments
5. Retrieving products from catalogs (very quick process)

Our team did not cover any cons by this moment, everything works great, really!

1) Oceanex Inc got rid of old Excel procurement processes and now we can organize all purchases online.
2) The user interface is very good, everyone who works with it happy with the ease of use.

They haven't connection with DATEV automatically. But everything works really well.

I love automatic supplier sending, which saves time. I like that the PO goes directly to the supplier upon approval without any troubles. Moreover, updates are frequent and they add really good functionalities. Precoro is the best tool for the features we need.

What do you like about Precoro?

It`s nice to create PR from catalogs in a few minutes and sent it to the person who approves. And we like that you can confidently approve because know if there is avaialble budget for this purchase. Their CSM Maria helped us with each step of implementation, we love their support.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

I haven't had any issues with using Precoro. I don't have much to complain about from the requestor's perspective.

Precoro helped Skyvia scale the business and automate AP and procurement processes. Now, approvals take hours instead of days, and we always have visibility into the status of a transaction. Managing thousands of items in Precoro's catalog, unlimited custom fields for POs - very great features. Recommend buying it if you're tired of the paper, Excel, email routine!

What do you like about Precoro?

Precoro has more than a hundred data points for custom reports, which is very flexible for our CFO. It helps him to make decisions more logical and reasonable. And I wish to single out their professional customer success team!

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Precoro didn't have a direct connection with Acumatica so we needed to set it up through their API. But it's not a big problem for us.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

Now we can control how much money is left in projects’ budgets.
Precoro allows setting many currencies, which reduces payment problems.

What do you like about Precoro?

Precoro helped us with strengthening our controls. Now we can manage spendings more effectively. Our vendors receive automatically generated PDF files, it is very convenient. The real-time progress bar of the budget allows controlling how much money is left in the project’s budget. The support team is awesome.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Precoro developed a good mobile version with great UI, but it'll be great to have an app.

1.Multi-currencies
2.Being able to run reports on the go via mobile phone
3.Downloading reports in Excel very quickly

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Absence of connection with DATEV automatically, now we do bulk invoice import but it still requires my attention

What have you been using it for and what problems did Precoro solve?

The Precoro system is all automated, I don’t need to make sure that the right approvers are approving the right requisition. I’m confident in the system.
