Can research prospects directly on LinkedIn to personalize messages in a way that actually has higher open rates than anything else. Since we've started using this, we've had higher open rates and connection rates by a factor of 3-4X (according to our marketing department).
We can easily find email addresses AND direct dial information from LinkedIn profiles or Sales Navigator profiles. This used to work on Twitter and Github too (I think they have deprecated this but might be bringing it back someday hopefully?)
It helps us keep track of all our interactions with potential clients so that we don't need to see WHAT is actually working - We know instantly, and the feedback loop between Sales and marketing is near-real-time.... Which is a dream for our Go to market team.

This tool is for power users. I get that the team made this initially to solve their internal sales problems and then started selling it to other users. I think that the initial onboarding and user experience could be made better... But what really made up for this is very responsive customer service and people who bend over backwards at all hours of the morning to help me with our issues.
We replaced an expensive stack per representative that was bordering around $700 - It's impossible to believe that a tool like Poseidon can give you everything to do omnichannel sales engagement at scale -- And even have things like Conversational coaching in one place. I'm flabbergasted.
