It has simplified the collection of feedback from clients on services offered to them and the getting of research data to improve our services to people in various places. We no longer need to send field workers with paper work to meet people one by one to gather important market data. We just sit in our office, open the browser and start creating a survey or questionnaire. Within few minutes we are done and we deploy the surveys immediately in various ways such as social media, email and SMS. In creating the surveys it gives us options to customise the outlook, fonts and colors to match our standards. Conditional formating option allows the system to present questions to respondents based on their previous answers. The system filters responses automatically and gathers the data while generating reports in real time. At end this tool also allows us to export our reports in different formats including PDF. Since we integrated it with our data management system, all data automatically enters our system is processed automatically.

Although it integrated well with our system it does not allow us to export the survey report into our system for easy analysis and sharing.
