"The great business tool !"


What do you like about Planado?

I worked for a company that provides home tile installation. As an employee, the program was very helpful. It contains all the necessary functionality, so I didn't have to use any paperwork, notebooks or any documentation. I have installed Planado on my cell phone and tablet, everything is kept in the cloud and synced. I personally really liked the checklist feature, when you come to a location all the tasks are written (what and how to do). Also, in the app we have to report and the client pays after work.

What do you dislike about Planado?

Sometimes it was not very convenient to use ready routes to the client's place, because of that we had to spend extra time.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Planado solve?

it was faster and more efficient in processing customers. And as a result, I received a larger salary.

"Scheduling has become super easy"


What do you like about Planado?

We can remotely manage a team of employees on-site even if they’re distributed across a wide territory. Real-time updates are crucial as well. It’s great that you can create a complex schedule for each and every employee with ease. We've been using Planado for over a year now and, of course, using spreadsheets for managing scheduling seems silly now.

What do you dislike about Planado?

It would be great if Planado could reduce processing times when creating schedules and make them even more customizable for end users.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Planado solve?

Planado has greatly enhanced our team's responsiveness to new orders and scheduling changes. With Planado, we are able to change the routing when any changes occur in real time. It allows us to better plan and get insights into the employees’ performance. Highly recommended!

Planado was seamless to set up and start using after a small training session with our employees. It’s doing its job perfectly, especially when considering the price. Love the built-in map and easy route planning. Many thanks for Zapier integration!

Our department wants to see more tools that allow to communicate with customers.

I personally love Planado because it can track where our employees are in real time which is useful for safety and customer satisfaction. I would recommend Planado as it's user-friendly, compatible with mobile phones, and customizable. Not only that, but I also enjoy automatic reports that make it easy to understand the quality of the employee's performance and report to our head.

Ease of use, friendly interface for both desktop and mobile version, ability to integrate Planado with our procurement software.

What do you dislike about Planado?

Not everyone in our company speaks English, but the app isn't available in Uzbek language

What have you been using it for and what problems did Planado solve?

Previously, we might lack necessary parts on time because of poor communication with other departments. Now we don't need to even talk to anyone because Planado automatically updates changes for all users.

Planado is well-integrated with our procurement system. Since Planado allows the monitoring of all technicians activities, we know in advance when we're running out of auto parts and can replenish stocks asap.

"An all-in-one tool for managing field workforce"


What do you like about Planado?

We've been looking for a solution to manage our delivery services since our staff multiplied and this caused a logistics mess. Using Planado for eight months now, and for sure, it’s worth the money. The app covers all the functionality we need, from scheduling couriers and assigning new jobs to sending notifications to clients and checking stats.

What do you dislike about Planado?

The interface of the application seemed a bit tricky at first, but one gets quickly accustomed.

What do you like about Planado?

We can monitor our technicians’ activities during their working day and make sure every one of them is working diligently. Also, the mobile app is really convenient to use, it allows us to get all the necessary documentation from our customers online.

What do you dislike about Planado?

For now, the application is available in multiple languages, but not in Polish. We’re hoping Planado will add this language soon.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Planado solve?

As a home alarm and security service provider, our company is responsible for the proper Installation of these systems and, of course, clients’. Therefore, we have to allocate all resources efficiently and hire diligent technicians so that the security system is installed on time and in compliance with safety regulations.

After implementing Planado, we can easily monitor the quality of work. We create checklists with tasks and subtasks for every order. This option helps to ensure they didn’t miss any steps, which are essential for security system installation. Besides, now on-site employees can provide photo reports of completed work using the mobile application.

"Planado helped to get rid of manual work and redundant operations "


What do you like about Planado?

We had to fire several idle cleaning ladies. Planado has improved the overall efficiency and even resulted in higher profit.

What do you dislike about Planado?

At first, it took some time to adapt to the app since it has a lot of settings. Many employees were unwilling to learn how this works and preferred to ignore the app. We had to provide short training for them and set boundaries.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Planado solve?

As a manager, I have to make sure that our clients are connected with cleaning ladies on time and are satisfied with their services. We employed more cleaners last year and it’s become difficult to coordinate their work manually. Besides, there wasn’t enough proof and feedback about newly hired employees for us to know if they can damage the reputation of our company.

Planado solved all these issues. We get instant performance reviews, including accomplished plans, pics of the cleaned area and clients’ feedback right in the app. The app has also helped us find cleaning ladies that work inefficiently and take too much time to finish work.

"Best Field Managment Software "


What do you like about Planado?

Before Planado we had used another FMS, and it did not fit us at all - we lacked many features, especially API integrations.
Planado helped us to solve all our problems related to integrations with SAP and other services.
We also liked the convenient scheduling and task management in the web interface.
Our employees were happy with the mobile app, even though it consumed quite a lot of battery power.
We highly recommend Planado to other companies looking for a Business Managment solution!

What do you dislike about Planado?

The only downside we encountered when using Planado was that the mobile app was eating up too much battery power on our employees' phones.
However, after switching off the background GPS tracking option, this problem was quickly resolved.
