It's stable to use and it helps to execute a number of capabilities with ease thereby streamlining our HR operations.
Payroll is the only feature they don’t have yet its not big a deal since they do provide an easy integration option.
We have been using peopleHum for about 1 year and would like to specify that the platform is used extensively in our company to manage the employees and maintain proper records and on top of that, it's used in talent management, managing attendance and it also has applicant tracking system among other things. It helps to put an ease to our manual and tedious HR process.

It has been a year using Peoplehum and the best part of it is that I can access it from anywhere and get whatever I need JIT (Just In Time). Peoplehum has features that I only had in my imaginations. Separate chatbots for each employees, Note pads, Sourcing, Recruitment, Onboarding, Announcement to the employees, Recognitions, Idea sharing, Feedbacks, one-on-one's, Compensations, Survey's and Pulse to check on your employees.Plus it keeps the boredom outside the doors with it amazing featurs to keep you live all the time. Peoplehum will not let you miss out on anything at all, It gets you covered from everywhere. Specially for a recruiter when there are chances to miss out the candidates, Peoplehum gives you the feature to make sure that everything is on track.
To be honest I haven't found any problem with peoplehum while operating with it. As I have mentioned above, it gets in JIT.
I have been using it for Recruitment and handling candidates where there are lot of chances of missing on the good candidates, Peoplehum helps me to work on thise [profiles and also it keeps a track record of all the candidates like interview feedbacks from the panel, their pro's and cons. Which makes the life of a HR a much easier.
It is easy and simple to use. I work as an HR. All the employee data is been stored one place. It also give you reminder on birthdays, anniversaries, appraisals, who has been rewarded and appreciated.
Even you can capture the interview data of a candidate right from sourcing the candidate to offered.

Visibility of the hierarchical structure of employees to all but it can be managed through the backend.

peopleHum has all the features under one blanket except for payment, but they do give us the solution of easy integration.
We have been using mainly for the performance reviews and performance cycles of our employees, and the performance module peopleHum serves is exceptional! Based on the feedback and goals and performance, it gives us the reports on where do the employees excel and how can they helped to grow and evolve. Its doubled up our productivity for sure.
The Pulse Survey asks me every day about how I feel is one and the other is the HR Bot, so whenever I need to see policies or my leaves for the year the HR Bot helps. The 24*7 customer support is amazing and you get this all at just 1$ per employee which is completely mind-blowing. I would recommend this software to everyone who wants to smoothen their employee process and life cycle.
Nothing as such, it's self-sufficient and does most of the job with ease. I wouldn't change a thing.
Pulse surveys, engagements, recruitment, company-wide announcements, recognitions and what not. It truly stands to its name.
It's really simple use. Everything you need is integrated in a single software which makes all your work easy. It helps us manage our attendance and it helps with recruitment and feedback and so many other tasks.
