What is Omniconvert?

Omniconvert allows marketers to increase conversion rate using A/B testing, behavioral surveys, real-time web personalization and advanced segmentation.

Omniconvert (formerly known as Marketizator) is a 3 in 1 conversion rate optimization platform, the first one specifically built for e-commerce & SaaS websites.

It covers 3 key areas:

  • Surveys: to get precious insights about what keeps specific segments of visitors to convert
  • A/B Testing with a WYSISYG editor – change any text, image, or colours without technical skills
  • Real-time interactions: prompt the visitors with persuasive messages in key moments (when they start leaving the website) in order to make them convert.

Based on our insights with the first 300 accounts, we are focusing on providing ready2use widgets in order to use the power of web personalization without any technical and design efforts.

On our roadmap we have:

  • Automated conversion rate optimization system (just start/stop button required for 6 different conversion rate optimization methodologies)
  • Localized testimonials (marketers could adjust the testimonials they’re putting on their website according to who’s visiting it. Simply select the attributes of their target audience: business/ casual dressing code, age, race, etc)
  • Automated e-mail integrations
  • KPI tracking system

"It's bad"

What do you like about Omniconvert?

At first, it seemed like a great tool for a/b testing. The value for money seemed good and we were pretty happy with the customer support

What do you dislike about Omniconvert?

Really buggy, like super buggy almost all the time. They would fix some major bugs on the go, but some of them were just left there.
Some of the logic of the tool is just crazy. Like they charge for pop-ups the same as for a/b test. You can easily find a $50 pop-up tool and it would have more features.
They treat links with UTM parameters as different links from let's say, so you would have to use RegEx for page addresses. Otherwise, your A/B tests will ignore all the paid traffic.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Omniconvert solve?

A/B test and wanted to use it for pop-ups as well, but both turned out to be too buggy and just awful.
