NGDATAs Intelligent Engagement Platform support the needs of 2 user types. Firstly, the user interface has been developed for the business user empowering him to create, launch, and see uptake for offers in real-time. No coding required nor data science needed!
Secondly, data focused roles like data scientists are enabled to extract data - through the UI - from the platform to their BI tools for creating models right away, instead of collecting data from different sources, merging and checking the quality before doing the actual modelling.
NGDATA offers two types of support packages to its clients: standard support (8 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday) and a full one (24/7) on incident management. Besides that, NGDATA’s service desk handles information requests, service requests and suggestions.
Besides the classic support model, managed services can also be offered to our clients. The focus of NGDATA’s managed services is on the availability and performance of the software and the operational management of the software environment (cloud or on-premises).
