I tried two other apps that promise these features and they didn't work with my responsive web app. Mouseflow worked the first try. Easy integration and easy to use
i think the google single signon doesn't really work for me. Other than that, everything works fine
We use it to watch user behavior for troubleshooting and for learning where users get stuck.

I didn't like how difficult it was to limit how many credits I used if I simply wanted to spread them out over the course of a week or month.
