The cost of subscribing to Membrain is completely configurable, especially with the availability of Full and Lite user accounts,  the option to select only one or two packages, and the ability to get add-ons. Getting all three products will give a user access to the Full Suite, which also includes all the add-ons and a 25% discount, so a Full User Account with only one user will only cost €179 per month instead of €224 per month.

A free version of Membrain’s products is also available with more limited functionalities and integrations. The free trial also does not include any add-ons. Users have a 14-day trial period before they will need to upgrade to a paid plan.


Membrain is a powerful CRM platform with plenty of useful features that don’t hamper its ease of use. Many businesses that subscribed to Membrain enjoyed revenue growth and quota attainment while being able to easily use the tool thanks to its intuitive features. The service itself is already one of the most complete sales enablement platforms available on the market today.

Most issues that subscribers had while using the platform were minor and didn’t necessarily ruin the experience. The cost per user can be daunting, but it’s possible to customize the subscription plan by including only a few select products and omitting the add-ons altogether.
