What I appreciate is the service's devotion to security, from data transferring, to data storage. And all the privacy and security settings, that can cover mostly every customers' necessities, from the family to the Corporate Company.
Honestly, simply nothing. It's a service that I try to share with people around me, to create a "solid and secure" network around me: I can secure everything about my life, but it's up to also people with whom I share my data too.
Yes, they helped me with good replays via email. And Development Team is very active on Github (yes, they have an open-source approach to all their clients. This is a MUST in terms of security.
In overall MEGA has no competitors. Great design, great usability.

Would be nice to implement feature to hide some folders from shared folder or at least to protect them with a password.
For example. I have folder 'Alex' and inside 5 folders - '1', '2', '3', '4' and '5'. I want to share root folder 'Alex', but hide folder '5' from person with whom I shared it.
You'll ask - why can't simply share 4 nested folders? That's because other person wants to see 1 root folder, instead of 4 nested, as it is more usable to have 5-10 links to incoming shares instead of dozens.
I use for my personal archives synchronized back-ups - photos, music, other personal valuable stuff.
Mega is a very good name for this brand. I use it a lot to store templates for exclusive content on instagram. I really like the website interface. I will continue to use it.
Not much, maybe the pricing is a bit high for me. But yeah, that's it for the drawbacks.
You could transfert my data from my pc to my smartphone very easily by using the mega app on IOS.
I am glad i found about MEGA in the internet. I have been using MEGA for past 6 months and I very happy with their service. Upload and download speed is so damn fast (note : I am using mobile data pack). I hope this smooth user experience will continue forever.
Since I am a basic user there is nothing to dislike in MEGA. Have an idea to upgrade in future and will see how this goes.
