What do you like about Lucidya?

Lucidya, for me, takes social media listening analysis to a new level for companies within the region with their quite impressive Arabic language analysis, which also identifies Arabic dialects and customers' feelings. I found this to be nothing less than essential for the fast-growing market and especially local businesses cause being able to access that data in real-time and timely detect and address any concerns or needs was most helpful. The tools automated reports also provided far more than expected insights into what would be the best direction to take.

What do you dislike about Lucidya?

That the analysis tool is not more commonly used, as having more companies familiar with Lucidya will enable a more solid data oriented workplan.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Lucidya solve?

Being able to identify existing service gaps and customers' general sentiment towards the offered services allowed us to provide evidence-based feedback to clients on how our solutions can help address these gaps.

What do you like about Lucidya?

I really like this tool, it is very effective for all my marketing campaigns and social media activations. I use it personally to overcome any issues in our social media campaigns, it helped us to trigger the keywords influence for our clients and fans and also it improved our KPIs through redefining the customers and the gap between us and the end user

What do you dislike about Lucidya?

Nothing in particular, as they keep improving the tool which is really a good thing
I hope in the upcoming version launch release they will add more features to manage the campaigns for the clients who are interested in this feature with additional cost
