I wish they offered a ringless voicemail like many other platforms. Their voicemail drop feature is great, but does require a dial.
We chose Kixie for their voicemail drop service and integration to Hubspot. Other voicemail drops that we reviewed didn't record all activity into Hubspot, which was a requirement for us.
