"Work easing platform for HRs"

What do you like about Keka HR?

Keka comes with many new features which help any organization to manage their staff efficiently & efficiently. Like I daily use KEKA to mark my attendance and manage my tasks, I start my day as a Work from home employee, first I mark my attendance as remote login provided in the KEKA. It automatically manages my attendance, in-time/out-time, and leaves balance maintenance, also it takes care of my payroll and payslips. It helps HR to seamlessly manage requests raised by the employee like us and resolve it. It also comes with profile management, where we can upload necessary documents for ease of access during the time off work, records & track for the organization.

It has a lot of features compared to the competitors and the price is very reasonable. The best thing about Keka is it required GPS On while clock-in and clock-out that help to track employee location easily. The key features of KEKA are it allows a quick overview for attendance, leave balance, performance, and most importantly, it allows me to stay connected with my team. I prefer the desktop version more, however, the mobile version is helpful on the go.

Keka is fantastic. We depend on it almost every day.

What do you dislike about Keka HR?

It needs to improve the location tracking for the attendance sometimes it tracks the wrong location this happens frequently when marking for remote login.

The export type ".rar" & ".zip" should be added so we can keep the data in a more structured manner when exported.

The Tax Deduction section is a bit complicated but the advantages of Keka overcome this dislike for me.

The attendance adjustment feature was quite ab-normal to understand in the beginning but after a few days, we are enjoying it.

The initial loader sometimes stays for a longer time than expected. It is a bit complex for a non-technical person to use this portal.

At first, it was difficult to tell where the pictures were being downloaded to. I picked a destination folder and it solved that issue but it was not very self-explanatory and The trial version lasts only for 30 days / per user.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Keka HR solve?

Overall I satisfied with Keka because everything covers in one platform. Every organization can use this to manage their employee data and other management tools by just one portal.

With the old system, we were unable to remote login but Keka is very useful with this feature.

KEKA makes you work freely without bothering about counting hours manually. It provides you everything, from announcement to to-do.

I am pleased to share my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my all team members. Even if I am on leave, I can get updates about the task and the activities which are happening at my workplace. It's one of the simplest and efficient software for any organization, I have used. It also shared daily digests about the people on leave, birthdays, remote logins, work anniversaries and much more.

Keka has made our lives easier with all the manual details management and reports generations, it tracks every thing and making the announcements, rollouts have become easy and effective for use we can also raise poles and get reactions on the posts. Appling for reimbursement has become easy and seems less for us.

Keka is also efficient enough to track and manage the approval process for the okrs and fill in the objectives and key results and the weekly progress tracking is also available with the precalculation of the percentages on the basis of weightage allocated and progress made.

I can say KEKA is solving all my labor work and helping by easing my tasks.
