What do you like about Jobma?

I have been using Jobma and found it is advantageous and time-saving software for hiring new candidates. Candidates also love this software for its convenient features.

What do you dislike about Jobma?

We would like to have a monthly billing option at some point. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to have.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Jobma solve?

We are using Jobma for remote-based video interviewing of the applicants from the previous two years, and it has made transformative changes in our recruitment practices since then. It also cut down our hiring costs.

Jobma doesn't have applicant tracking system, they should add ATS feature in their very useful software.

I have been using one way and pre-recorded video interview feature of jobma and have found it is very helpful in fast recruitment, it reduces the time screening the candidate also saves costs per hire.

"Jobma- For Affordable and Smart Hiring "


What do you like about Jobma?

Jobma offers greater candidates experience, and it's always easier for us to get in promising candidates on the job board when hiring with Jobma. It is easy to use and yet much more effective compared to traditional video interviewing. Best of all, it works excellent on smartphones and design to conduct interviews through mobile even without installing a mobile app.

It makes initial interviewing of the candidates automated and helps us screen a lot of candidates at the same time working remotely. Using Jobma, we can review & score the candidates from afar and leave feedback quickly that helps us improve response time and drive people to the job board.

What do you dislike about Jobma?

For a first-time user, it could be a little tricky for users to arrange the interview. But when once done, you can hire millions of people easily and effectively. I wish there were a good guidebook for new users. To counter this issue, we decided to set up a training session of the HR team with Jobma support team, and now it is more than one year, and yet we have experienced major issues.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Jobma solve?

The main purpose of using Jobma is to make screening of the candidates automated and easier than ever and shortlist the most suitable people for higher interviews based on the Job description.

"Easy one way video interviews"


What do you like about Jobma?

Our candidates loved it. All they had to do was click on a link and they were put into the interview. It also works great on mobile phones. Plus they provide support for candidates for any tech issues, which means less headaches for us.

I also like how we can share the interviews internally. We can even give star ratings, write feedback on interviews etc. It is really great as a screening software. Especially during these days when in person interviews are difficult to arrange.

What do you dislike about Jobma?

Initial set up is a little confusing. I wish there was a way to guide a new user through the software. We did set up a training session with their team and that helped a lot but a few videos or guided tours would have helped.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Jobma solve?

We have been using it for initial screening that was previously done through phone calls.
