We like that it is easy to use especially with the new features recently added - they basically do all the work for us we just have to make sure all of our employees are kept current
I find getting reports from the system to be a challenge - we give awards over the course of a challenge to inspire people to keep going and I would like to be able to pull reports that give me data from week to week
We use it to encourage our employees to keep healthy - we try to do different levels of challenges so everyone has the opportunity to participate - not sure Incentfit has actually solved any problems but their support is really helpful and quick to respond
IncentFit allows users to track their activity and earn rewards. It helps to keep me motivated to stay active.
I wish that IncentFit linked with ALL the apps that are available for tracking our activity.
I use it for our company's program to track our activity and earn rewards. I had ordered an air fryer as my reward and when it was received it was defective and didn't work. IncentFit contacted the supplier and obtained a replacement air fryer for me. They were very helpful and I appreciated the ease in which they obtained the replacement for me.
It is intuitive for our employees. If focuses only on activities and supporting an active lifestyle - doesn't try to do all things wellness. Replaced our gym membership program effectively for us.
Since it is a relatively new platform, sometimes the interface between IncentFit and devices is a tad wonky and since employees use different other fitness devices and programs and they can all sync to IncentFit, sometimes our staff are getting double for their efforts. I think this can be fixed with additional programming.
We mainly use IncentFit to replace a very expensive and not well used gym membership program. Now we can reward those who go to the gym and those who exercise on their own and we stopped paying for gym memberships that were literally never used.
I like the idea behind it and how it is set up. It's generally easy and fun to use, our employees enjoy the friendly competition the most.
Some features like recording several activities one after another require one to go back to another screen to be able to do this. This would be a good feature to add.
Using it for motivating our employees to be fit and have fun at the same time :)
We are a company largely of telecommuters, so allowing folks to join challenges gives employees a chance to "do something together" and compete against fellow employees even though we live in different places.
It's been hard to create a variety of challenges since we aren't all at the same location (so it would be nice if we could do team activities but it's hard if we aren't all working in a building together). The additions that have come out this year have been great!
We create challenges for people so that they can do things on an individual level but compete against other employees
It's so easy to use the app. It keeps track of all my fitness visits. In addition, I can sync my Fitbit so that it keeps track of my steps and I get paid for doing so!
Nothing. The program works well. I've never had an issue with it. It's easy to use.
I love that IncentFit is easy to use and administer. The app is user friendly. The reports are very helpful.
I dislike that i cannot have a step goal for walkers and simultaneously have a time for runners. Our current threshold is 10K steps. A runner who runs for 30 minutes may not meet the 10K threshold for an incentive.
We've been using the tool to encourage our employees to be more active and increase employee wellness. Employees who are trying to be more active tend to try to adopt other healthy lifestyle tools - eating better, smoking cessation, etc.
IncentFit has allowed our company of 450 employees to team up (based upon different fields of work) and compete to become more active. The app allows a variety of tracking devices with an auto-sync function so that users don't have to worry about logging in every day.
Hard to make changes to the challenge and participants without help from the support team. Turn around time from the support staff can take up to 3 days.
I like that it tracks our companies fitness and activity. Our company has been using this for more than a year and we have enjoyed it. It makes it easy to provide money to our team members who utilize the service. The customer service has been good whenever we have questions or feedback for Incentfit. We have been using it for our companies activities and to make sure we have a healthy workplace.
The software tends to be buggy. Sometimes it uploads and sometimes it doesn't. This is a small thing but the alert noise goes off even if my phone is on vibrate. I wish Incentfit helped give us more ideas for challenges and facilitated the awards for those challenges.
We have been using it for our companies activities and to make sure we have a healthy workplace.
We are a telecommuting company and using this app makes it easy for employees across different states and cities to compete on a level field
It is hard to come up with good challenges where the same people don't win every time.
offering wellness competitions to employees, to boost morale and fitness involvement.
it gives our employees a really easy way to be rewarded for their active lifestyles. As an admin, we can control how much the rewards are, and how our employees participate. Administration is easy, employees find a lot of value in this program.
Very often the app can take a long time to load. And because of this ,I think there is sometimes a delay in the sync of activities and different reward periods.
It has been an easy to implement system that has satisified our need for a wellness program that everyone can use - not just those in our health insurance.
IncentFit is a wonderful wellness tool that Synaptics has used for nearly 4 years. The challenge platform engages employees to be physically active and converts their activity to points on the company leaderboard. The wide-array of activities to select from is amazing when building a custom challenge. From drinking water or donating blood, to jumping jacks or group exercise classes, the platform is sure to spur creativity and fun for the program manager. They've made great advancements with a selection of challenge templates so that it is easier to run challenges and deliver fresh content for employees to keep things interesting.
Some functions to the custom challenge builder seem to have been lost when they updated the platform with challenge templates.
Synaptics uses the IncentFit challenge builder. We have had success in creating physical activity and wellness challenges for employees to have fun competing in. They've solved issues like email communication with challenge invites and challenge results. IncentFit has delivered on a platform and mobile app (iPhone and Android) for employees to engage with and "gamify" their physical activity with their huge selection of third party apps/devices to sync (i.e.Strava, Fitbit, etc.). Thanks IncentFit!
IncentFit does a great job of tracking my workouts. It shows how much money I have earned for each workout, and tracks it monthly and annually against the total benefit allowed. It is very easy to use!
Nothing. It is very user friendly. It satisfies what I am looking for in a fitness app.
I use it to track my workouts - yoga, walking. It helped solve the tracking method of how often I work out.
It's super-easy to use, decent reporting, easy to administer - lots of platform options. Colleagues enjoy using it.
User interface of the website could do with an update, would be nice if I could integrate incentfit with an AD provider
Certainly encouraged staff to take more exercise...
Motivates me to get up and move, and get by butt to the gym! Easy to use! Love that I can earn a little extra for staying fit. I also believe it helps for better work performance.
Nothing. I enjoy incentfit, and think it is a great motivator. Everyone needs a little extra cash.
Staying consistent with my work outs, and having more of a fitness routine.
The ease of use. I walk so just clicking into Map my Run and it automatically syncs with IncentFit works out great.
The only complaint I have had is the change in how to check in at a race. Was very easy before and now there is other information needed.
We really haven't had many problems with IncentFit.
I like that we can track our fitness challenges through the app and encourage our employees to get moving. We were already doing the challenges anyways and this makes our lives a lot easier. The support center is great as well and everyone is super helpful. For the price, it's a really good value compared to other fitness tracking/competition apps out there. We're a smaller firm so we don't need products that charge a base level fee, regardless of company size. I like that IncentFit tailors their product to the needs of their client. I'm really liking the SmartEngage feature as well and I am hoping the different level of challenges encourages people to participate more.
It's still in development so there are a lot features that we would like that just aren't ready yet. For example, I'd really like to see points accumulate for more than just 10,000 steps. So if you walk an additional 5,000 steps you can get another point. I'd also like to see weight lifting and other things that are trackable on FitBit have automatic reporting instead of manual reporting.
