"Call Center Software that's Easy and Best"


What do you like about ICTBroadcast?

ICTBroadcast is the most user-friendly call center software. Also, it offers unified communication and a lot of other campaigns; it is one type of solution. I mostly liked its inbound call center operation and CRM integration with any CRM software using REST APIs, Its integration and business automation capabilities are commendable.

What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

Its pricing structure is based on the fact that there are multiple channels concurrently. A better approach would be to make it based on the number of servers rather than the number of users. So even though I wouldn't say I like that feature, overall, I think it's a good feature.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ICTBroadcast solve?

Complete inbound and outbound call center software with unified communications and rest API support makes it the best call center software in the market. This high-speed loading interface with a beautiful structure and design. Undoubtedly, I will highly recommend all call center owners to use ICTBroadcast.

What do you like about ICTBroadcast?

I found ICTBroadcast as an advanced auto dialer system with a lot of features not available in other auto dialer systems, and mostly I loved its real-time monitoring and campaign, even call control system. For example, you can monitor all call activity also you will be able to hang up any calls. Also, you can even increase or decrease outbound numbers of calls with simple clicks, lovely!

What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

I’ve been using this software last two years and didn’t find any issues except their tricky interface. ICTBroadcast is a bit costly compared to its competitors but worth it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ICTBroadcast solve?

ICT Broadcast is an easy-to-use and feature-rich software with which I had an excellent experience. In addition, their customer support is speedy compared to others, which is highly recommended and appreciated.
