What do you like about Hotjar?

I like that I can use it for free and get enough data on a free plan to actually make conclusions based on the data I get.
It's very user-friendly, relatively easy to set up via GTM.

What do you dislike about Hotjar?

Some of my pages weren't rendered properly, I could still read the data but in some places, there are confusing overlays because of this.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Hotjar solve?

Conversion rate optimization of the website and landing pages. I analyze heatmaps provided by hotjar to see which parts of the page perform better or worse and make corrections based on that information.
