It has been very helpful to us to keep the entire business network of my work communicated in a fairly simple, practical and fast way so that we can access all the information of the network in a very simple and simple way, without any type of problem or inconvenience during its use, proving to be a very practical option when having to share information with other departments so that everyone can continue to carry out their work activities quite efficiently.
The fact that making customizations is quite a complicated process is something that bothers me a bit, it is not that it is an impediment to use the application, but I would like to be able to edit the functions that I use the most to leave them at hand and not having to waste time looking for them later.
My favourite aspect of Happeo is the social features. For me this is the unique selling point of Happeo as a solution. Other products in the marketplace have social as a seconday piece. However with Happeo it is a built from the ground up to be a social and digital workspace solution for customers.
At the moment the integrations are primarily around G Suite. Many of our customers have asked for integrations with other 3rd party companies eg Slack.
I know this is an area Happeo are working on and it will be interesting to see in 2019 what new 3rd party integrations are launched.
It has helped to increase collaboration across our organisation and bring all of our company content together under a single solution. The search functionality is fantastic as it has allowed us to surface information easier across the business teams.
