Gappeo has a lot of tests, which is very effective to filter out the candidates based on their knowledge. It is very easy to use and cost friendly!
Coding assessments are missing. Also it would be good to have an option to shortlist candidates here based on their assessment scores.
We regularly hire interns and team members. With thousands of candidates, most of the time, make convoluted and biased decisions just based on looking at interviews. To our surprise, when we sent assessment links to candidates, we saw very different data patterns where many candidates scored well even though the CVs did not reflect.
