What do you like about Freshdesk Messaging?

Freschat turns out to be a fairly easy tool to use at all times, the fact that it is easy to configure everything before starting to use it turns out to be in short a quite practical element to use the application, its easy integration with our website is perfect for wanting to channel our customer service services in a more practical way, another quite positive aspect of Freshchat turns out to be that it allows the sending of audio and video files through chat, which allows us to provide a much more complete service, The learning curve turns out to be very quick to learn, and in terms of its customer service it is quite fast when responding to any problem that may arise while using this application.It has been helping us within our company to channel our customer service in a much more practical and faster way through its chat, where we can easily integrate it to our website and respond to all requirements or requests of our clients in this way in a faster and more immediate way compared to how we did it previously, Freshchat has really been quite useful for us within the company and I recommend this application with our eyes closed.

What do you dislike about Freshdesk Messaging?

My main complaint is that your mobile application does not work properly, so I always have to restart it to be able to use the application without any problem.

Together with my team, we achieved our goal, thanks to the most outstanding feature of Freshchat, the great capacity for personalization of emails.

What do you dislike about Freshdesk Messaging?

The price is not completely adapted to our company. The customer service is essential for any company that wants to correctly satisfy all the doubts of the customers and, therefore, correct any failure that occurs. But when the costs are somewhat high, it can be somewhat complicated to remain constant.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Freshdesk Messaging solve?

The benefits are great. The ROI has been totally successful. Our product is enhanced when our customers are satisfied with the quality of the service we offer. We quickly find solutions to any doubt, fault or problem that they present. Frequent doubts have always existed and being able to personalize emails is a great advantage that relieves our workload.
