What do you like about Firmao?

We have been using Firmao (Firmao.pl, Firmao.io) continuously for six years and despite the significant development of our company, the system invariably secures our needs. It has all the necessary functionalities – both in terms of accounting, sales and warehouse management. The system is constantly updated to current regulations and economic realities. A big advantage is the intuitive operation, which eliminates the need for additional training or extra implementation, as well as effective, quick support of developers in the case of personalization needs for our company. A wide range of export formats makes it easier to cooperate with external entities, e.g. an accounting office. I recommend it very much.

It is hard to say because I don`t know real disadvantages. Maybe one of that is no possibility of offline using.

The biggest benefit I have noticed is that my workflow is tidy and my tasks and projects work very well in conjunction with my calendar. Customer and order management is very streamlined and the newsletter is extremely fast and flawless.

What do you dislike about Firmao?

As a digital media company, I miss the lack of integration with social media, because apart from that everything is in one place, which is very convenient.

I use firmao praiw for everything from keeping track of my client list to contacting them, managing my time and completing tasks and projects. But most often it is customer service and contact with them thanks to integrations.

What do you like about Firmao?

I really like everything about the Firmao system. I can customize invoice templates and pay for issued invoices right away. I also manage tasks, projects and the warehouse.

What do you dislike about Firmao?

I think what I don't like about the system and there isn't really such a thing. Whenever I need something, programmers rise to the occasion and add new functions for me.
