Figment is such a user friendly and intuitive point of sale system. It's incredibly dummy proof!! I find the program extremely easy to use and I love that it integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, Xero, and Mailchimp

Setting up the sell screen, staff and customers was easy to do with the help of some tips from customer service, as well price changes and new products are easily added and adjusted.
the real time information that I am able to easily access at my office to see what's going on is great....i am able to compare outlets performance side by side

I would like to see discount reports and improve the staff clock-in and out functionality

Figment POS is an advanced and up to date software that features all that i need for my business. I had enquired for a feature a few months ago and Figment created it for me which made my life a lot easier and without hassle. The software company are very helpful and really made sure that i was happy.
There is nothing that i dislike about Figment POS. It is a very high standard application and i recommend it to my friends and other industries.
As i travel a lot, the 'Employee Time Tracking' comforted me that i knew exactly what was going on daringly employees shifts and that i am able to access the dashboard whenever i need to.
