Privately held since 1980, The Echo Group is headquartered in Conway, New Hampshire with an additional office in California. Easy to use forms tool allows the creation of the forms and workflow that the organization, funders, and accreditors require. Central workspace for all billing tasks provides visual indicators so the billing staff know which tasks need the most attention. Selecting any items shows you where you are in the process. The use of hyperlinks makes navigation, updates, and corrections fast and easy.
There are a number of integrations including Dr. First, Change Healthcare, and others that are necessary for HIE requirements. Integrations are usually state specific.
