You know that your organization needs a Learning Suite to make L & D a revenue driver at your organization. But do your company's key decision makers? That’s the exact scenario we’re looking to solve with the new Learning Suite Buyer's Toolkit. I.... Published in December 2021.
FREE DOWNLOAD The-business-case-for-a-learning-suite---Buyer's-Toolkit.pdfI love that Docebo is extremely easy to use, but also extremely customizable. It's pretty much turn-key, which is great for small L&D teams to use, but also can be scaled up to be completely customized to your unique tastes/needs. The Google SSO option is perfect for making user sign-in easy. The API is fairly robust, which allows for more customization and flexibility. Reporting is pretty robust, and the google analytics add-on makes it even better. The gamification and social learning modules are fantastic and really engage learners. It even has a rewards shop option where you can give prizes away to learners.
Their support is fairly good, but often a little slow. Their customer feedback and suggestions do get acted upon, but they don't have a public roadmap/trello board to show exactly what's coming up and being worked on. But they do release fairly frequent updates. They did take some community feedback to heart after a recent feature release, which was great to see.
We have been using Docebo as our LMS and to help engage our learners. It has helped to solve the problem of low learner engagement. By allowing us to completely customize the dashboard for various learner groups, we've been able to make the content presented to them more and more relevant, which has helped improve the amount of learning being taken. The gamification and reward system has allowed us to tap into what is important and relevant to our learners by offering prizes and the ability to "donate" their earned Docebo coins to give actual real-world donations to charity.
