"New opportunities for a call center"


What do you like about Dialics?

I own a small call center. With the functionality of Dialics we managed to scale our services and attract more clients. I am happy with the current results and planning to further develop in the domain of call advertising.
A very simple software for a newcommer like myself.

What do you dislike about Dialics?

I might need more functionality in the future but I would like it to be as clear as with Dialics.
