CallTrackingMetrics Call App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels.
Each phone call coming in through your marketing channels immediately appears in the app. Your team will have access to caller data including the source and keyword of each call. You are also able to add notes and tags for each caller as well as review the recordings of all incoming calls through your tracking numbers.
All of the latest stats for each of your advertisements are available through the app and you can easily switch between multiple accounts.
Agents can make and receive phone calls from within the App as well as score and review calls.
