What do you dislike about Calendly?

Their support is totally lacking. I have a business account, spending hundreds of dollars a year and they offer no phone support, no chat. Just "hear read this" and "we will send you an email". simple issues that could be resolved in a 10 minute phone call are dragged on for days by email. They are completely blind to the value of their customers time. I canceled.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Calendly solve?

There is a lot of value in allowing potential customers to choose a time and schedule a meeting. But there is also a lot of competition and Calendly is the lowest on the totem pole. You will blow more time and money getting set up than the product is worth.
