Designed to help you in the recruitment stage, this software aids in streamlining task allocation processes throughout your whole staff. On the recruitment side of things, this product helps you in creating consistency scorecards, which further improves the employment process.

BreezyHR Features

The software lets you streamline and organize your candidate pipeline and recruitment interviews. You can send emails in bulk, with custom templates to make it easier to send responses to potential candidates. Each candidate’s sources can be investigated in other professional websites such as LinkedIn and AngelList. You can even analyze data regarding your applicants, such as what channels their applications came from, and how many have been referred.

Candidate Management

This feature lets you and your team examine your entire candidate pipeline. Different pipelines can be created based on the positions available. It has a drag-and-drop editor with boxes designating each process. This way, candidates can be moved according to which step they are in the application process.

You can receive candidate profiles detailing all the necessary information. This includes work information, social media accounts, and team notes. If they are suitable, you can email them with a branded message to invite them for their interview.

You can also automate attachments to the email like additional questionnaires. In case you need to make a new form, BreezyHR lets you create one from scratch. You can customize and add different fields and questions to fit your mode of operations. Your candidates can also send short video responses to your questions if the option is enabled.

Each profile comes with a scorecard you can update, so your whole team remains updated on the candidates. Should you or your interviewers need a guide, BreezyHR has the functionality to build one with personalization options. You can detail each section and the corresponding list of questions.

Finally, you can do extensive reference and background checks on each applicant. Questionnaires can be sent to your candidate’s references and scored for their overall image. The replies are sent automatically and directly to the profile for faster evaluation. You can also research them online, such as criminal records or address history. Once the negotiations are finished, you and your candidates can sign contractual documents electronically.

Screening applicants for different positions in your company requires the proper timing and work. BreezyHR helps you via two different systems for managing your team’s work and meetings.

Whereas other solutions use back-and-forth messages to set interviews, BreezyHR instead emails the available dates to your candidates. You can also embed website links onto the company page to direct the applicants to the BreezyHR software to speed up the process. These can also be added to the company Facebook page to give online access to anyone.

Lastly, notifications can be set for any task, update, or conversation so you and your team members can stay in the loop on key items.
