We have been a client of BirdEye for over 3 years. They have taken us from just a small handful of reviews to well over 60, 5 star reviews on Google and numerous other reviews on other platforms, Facebook, Angie's List, BBB, etc. Our clients find it easy to use and our office and employees now understand the importance of reviews and the ease to which to send. We have recently started using the webchat feature as well and love the ease of checking and corresponding with clients all from the BirdEye app on my phone
I wish they would call before renewing each year. They currently send an email but at least one phone call would be nice since we pay annually.
Help us make it easy for our happy clients to provide 5 star reviews on multiple platforms
