Support desk or Customer care is poor.
We find it very hard to get any help from the contact person; his availability is very limited times of the business days (like 11.30 to 12.30 or 3.30PM to 5PM).
There is no other alternate contact to reach out and get support from.
This makes our integration phase very difficult and time taken.

I have been using Auth key for secure communication and user authentication, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in terms of reliability and security. Its seamless integration with website is quite surprising as it takes less than 15 minutes and no hard coding is required their ready api makes the process so smooth to use the service.
As we are having limited use of the service we haven't encountered any problem or issues related to auth key so far.
We use it for User authentication purpose.
The UI/UX is simply awesome, convenient and very easy to use! The after-purchase customer service is top-notch. All my queries are resolved at once!
One thing I don't like is the lack of error handling on the website. Fewer times proper errors are not shown to the customer so the user is not able to understand where he/she is going wrong!

I think, need to more documentation for API Integration, with more clear and details example.
It's very easy & secure way to login using totp. I used so many authenticators like Microsoft, google, oracles etc.. but this one shocking me that it's twiio product.
Nothing much hated, in my experience it was perfect, switching every brands is too much simple
