What do you like about ASTPP ?

We have used ASTPP for over 1 year and it has been an extremely stable and reliable system and is super easy to setup.

What do you dislike about ASTPP ?

setting up a hommer server to communicate with ASTPP can be challenging, that being said, their support team is always by your side to guide you.

What do you like about ASTPP ?

The ability of the solution to do billing and also terminate or originate calls.

What do you dislike about ASTPP ?

It's not able to download a report of about 100,000 CDRs records on the UI, I have had that experience with an organization that was using the enterprise edition of ASTPP 4.0.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ASTPP solve?

I use ASTPP for onboarding my customers and also add my provider to allow me to resell SIP service.

"ASTPP is a solid Product"


What do you like about ASTPP ?

My business has been using ASTPP 3.x for about 6 years now and have built a strong profitable voice business on the platform. Once Version 4 was released be created a new server and tested right away. The system had a lot of improvements and we have been running both versions now since. V4 provides reliable performance and continue to use the platform. We will now look forward to seeing the finer improvements V5 brings to the table.

What do you dislike about ASTPP ?

Nothing really. There are some things I'd like to change or see added the following
SIP registration Devices at the reseller level so Resellers can do their own Level one tech support, and ability to customise the UI more.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ASTPP solve?

Haven't had an issue for them to solve yet.

"Rock solid voice billing platform"


What do you like about ASTPP ?

My business has been using ASTPP 3.x for many years now and have built a strong profitable voice business on the platform. Once we got familiar with the product and saw how easy it is to customize and build onto the product, we were sold on its solid performance and continue to use the platform to this day. We are currently reviewing the new versions, 4 and now 5 and look forward to the great features and potential in the new product.

What do you dislike about ASTPP ?

There seem to be features that where in 3.6 but have been removed from 4 and 5 community edition unless you purchase the enterprise system.

Some bugs are in version 4 and 5 that I had to manual fix from version 3.6 but cannot make my own changes to code in enterprise because the entire system is closed source.

I feel the code that is based on community edition should not be closed source and allow the community / customers to contribute to the further development of a great product.

I really like about ASTPP is easy to use, their fast implementation, their excellent technical support and the human treat. The complete team makes you feel as a part of all.
As a software solution makes easy deal with the excellent softswitch

What do you dislike about ASTPP ?

Nothing. Really, is a very complete VoIP solution, and is getting better with time.

I had been using ASTPP to resolve inside my company communications issues; also made us a complete VoIP service provider.
