The software looked like it had the potential to do everything that we were looking for , but the features decribed in their numerous sales pitch phone calls failed to materialise after payment.
They are dishonest and promised a whole raft of features and support , all of which disappeared after we paid for the annual fee. When challenged they refused to refund any of the money even when their product was not as described .

Arbox is a super simple and intuitive system and they transferred the data from my previous system to me in the most professional way possible
The phone platform is not accessible enough and the coaches' platform is too basic
