I like how diverse the software is and that it has so many options. Because my organisation's needs are quite unique, it is had to find adjusting software, but this one is really adjustable which is why I chose it over a different one.
Even though it is mostly easy to use, I still had some trouble with managing policies, but their customers support and video tutorial really helped me, which is nice.
