The APTA-HR software is an intuitive application that changes the way we recruit. Its built-in AI model allows more accurate candidate tracking and recruiting, and reduce the time usually spent on searching and reading through irrelevant CV screening.
The initial job set-up phase can take a bit of time, but it more related to my own learning of the system than the system itself.
