AppNexus is one of the pioneers of the programmatic space. I have used them on their DSP side and on their SSP side, when they still had one. They have a complete stack of technology that works really well and they are one of the leaders of the CTV space, in terms of available inventory.
Its not easy to use. Setting up line items is a bit messy. Also, they charge a 1 USD fee for approving creatives, which is expensive and unjustified.
I have been using AppNexus for my programmatic campaigns. It helps us reach more users by providing a lot of scale for the campaigns. Also, they have a lot of premium publishers that can be accessed via PMPs, which are exclusive to their platform. I strongly recommend them as a partner.
