To be honest - Everything

User-Friendly Product, Good Customer Service, Decent Pricing, ... I can go on and on.

What do you dislike about AdZis?

I don't find anything to dislike about AdZis.

It's really doing well. No Dislikes.

What have you been using it for and what problems did AdZis solve?

It has been really time-consuming and heavy work for me to write descriptions for all the products in my online store.

What do you like about AdZis?

i had a word with Ann James, she provided instant resolution regards my query, i believe they will be a good brand value future as well with there clients and 5 start for Ann James for great assistants.

What do you dislike about AdZis?

they are not accepting the money in different currency, i don't know the reason but mean while they provide another option as well for payment.

I like how straight forward everything is when it comes to their product and service features.

I do not dislike anything about AdZis. They offer services that would save so much time for anyone running an online business.

What have you been using it for and what problems did AdZis solve?

I tried using their product description generator and it was fantastic. It helps give me ideas on how to better write a product description. I love it.

What do you like about AdZis?

the integration with Shopify was easy, but, I would not recommend purchasing descriptions from this app.

What do you dislike about AdZis?

Do not use this app. Waste of TIME & MONEY! Customer service is a joke and did not offer any solutions, or reimbursement for the terrible descriptions. I have had to edit EVERY SINGLE DESCRIPTION. Messaged customer service 4 times with my concerns and even waited a month to see if AdZis had edited their descriptions and there has been no resolution. They do not care about the quality of their descriptions, or the customer. DO NOT GIVE THIS APP ACCESS TO YOUR SHOPIFY STORE. There is a reason they are no longer on Shopify.

It's time to expose a fraudster who is threatening to defame us. We leave it to you to decide whom to trust. Victoria Campbell of http://www.jewelleplus.com bought a $19 subscription from us which is for 30 credits for a period of 3 months on 15 March (exactly 3 months from today. The subscription expired today). We upgraded her with 100 credits (more than 3 times her actual plan credits) to balance her usage. At a point of time, she had 100 credits even when she has only paid for 30 credits. It was yesterday when her billing date was about to reach in a day, she came to us asking for a complete refund. This means she does not want to pay but also wants a refund for the credits she has used. To date, she has used all the 100 credits (91 used and rest expired after subscription time). We not only lost the money for the extra 70 credits we gave her but also is being harassed by this customer on social media. Moral of the story: Don't be nice to fraudsters just because they are your customer. Beware of fraudsters!
