Accord Payroll is the UK's leading payroll solution. It is HMRC-recognised, comprehensive, scalable & highly configurable payroll software, also available as a SaaS solution.

Accord Payroll Software is a fully featured non-bespoke solution, which is highly configurable, modular and scalable. All statutory requirements are provided ‘off the shelf’. The system also has a library of pre‐prepared elements to get our clients up and running with minimum fuss.

Optional and specialised functionality includes pension payrolls support, CIS support, foreign tax credits functionality, invoicing and credit control, timesheet data entry and the ability to deliver online payslips and P60s. Our online payslips module, Accord MyPay, also provides web-based reporting for managers and payroll staff.

Accord Payroll software offers up to ten levels of accounting analysis. A generous and comprehensive set of standard reports are provided, and the system incorporates several user reports generating tools.

Accord Payroll seamlessly interfaces to multiple systems including HRIS, ERP, Finance, Time & Attendance, HMRC Online Services (via DPS) and Pension Administration Systems e.g. NEST,
NOW: Pensions. Accord Payroll also provides API’s to call online forms (payslips, P60s and P11Ds) from 3rd party applications.

Accord Payroll Software is HMRC-recognised, Microsoft tested, RTI and Pension auto-enrolment enabled with ISO 9001 & 27001 certified systems, processes and support services.
