erplain is an easy-to-use cloud-based sales management solution for small distribution businesses. It provides users with an integrated suite of tools and a collaborative workspace where multiple users can work on the same data to increase productivity and efficiency. Some of these tools include invoicing, ordering, inventory management, and supply management.

This software allows users to create purchase orders, manage multiple stock locations, access real-time inventory data, and automate certain sales processes. Using this solution helps small businesses improve their productivity by providing the necessary tools to easily manage and automate their sales processes. Businesses will also be able to create a central repository of relevant customer information, including order history, incomplete invoices, and payment details.

erplain has a wide range of features to help businesses with sales management. Such features are useful for small businesses that usually lack the tools to manage sales and overspend by hiring more people to handle the job. Some of erplain’s features are the following:

Inventory management

Users will be able to monitor and optimize their inventory while having permanent real-time visibility of their stock levels. This includes monitoring multiple warehouses, so bigger businesses with multiple locations will still be able to keep track of their stock.

erplain’s inventory management feature also includes product traceability, barcode scanning, inventory valuation, inventory bin locations, incoming and outgoing inventory tracking, and detailed statistics. Most Premium features are also available in the First plan, so small businesses won’t have to pay the premium price to have a fully functional sales management system.

Depending on conversion rates, European companies can have cheaper pricing, as the First plan costs €49 or €59 and the Premium plan costs €79 or €99, depending on the billing period.

Additional costs apply when using a B2B store portal, which costs $30 or €25 per month regardless of the plan, and when the number of monthly orders and permitted users exceed the limit, additional ones will cost $0.05 or €0.04 per order per month. When the number of users exceeds the limit, an additional $15 or €15 per month is charged for the First plan and $10 or €10 per month for the Premium plan.

erplain offers a 14-day free trial that includes all the features, including the B2B portal. No credit card is required for the free trial. No free version is available for users.

Conclusion

erplain is an excellent sales management platform for small businesses thanks to its suite of features that make inventory and order management easy.
