What do you like about FloristWare?

What i like best about florist ware is its ease of use and accessibility , when setting up the system it was very user friendly and if i ran into a snare the customer support team was right on it and helped me thru it. this industry's prices fluctuate sometimes on a weekly basis and the two steps that it takes to change prices for our sales team is a god send . when it comes to getting the accounting this printed and ready for the cpa and the advertising and donation and promo items is all there with the click of a button he has every thing he needs to make his life easier. and paying my taxes less of a burden GREAT SYSTEM PERIOD

What do you dislike about FloristWare?

there is only one thing that i dislike about the system and that is standing orders. If i have a customer that wants the same thing every other week or some such thing i have to go in and make each months order individually and i need to do this every month. it would be so much easier if i could click a button on an old order and it turns it into a reoccurring order every week or biweekly.with all the same info populated each week and if the customer wants to cancel all you have to do is go in and cancel the standing order

Floristware handles every aspect of my business from basic transaction processing to customer profiles and buying habits, to data reporting for P &L statements, to marketing campaigns to increase business. To get the most out of the software, one must understand one's own business enough to create the most useful sales accounts and product categories ... so this could be a challenge to a new business (it was for me). But the customer service staff at Floristware is second to none ... knowledgeable, helpful and kind folks to go out of their way to help users understand what they need. I couldn't be happier with the product, and I've been using it for 9 years.
