What do you like about SugarCRM?

It is used in our firm before accepting client. Here we do verification check of client, and perform risk assessment. Its a complete platform where its easy to follow the approval chains like in our audit firm the opportunity created is first approved by Partner and then partner escalate this to compliance ethics team for further approval. Once approved then a matter code is created for the particular client against which time and cost is charged.

What do you dislike about SugarCRM?

For the beginners this system is bit difficult to follow through though tutorials are available when then helps. In our firm we have sugar guide available too which is super helpful.

What do you like about SugarCRM?

SugarCRM is a platform focused on providing the best experience when it comes to having consistent customer service, I characterize this platform for being bold and fast with all its services, and for providing a perfect audit for all types of potential customers. During my experience, I have noticed several positive factors which are listed in this way:

1.- SugarCRM has a real-time operation, which helps that the requirements of all customers can be received instantly by the sales sector.
2.- SugarCRM allows you to manage Email Marketing, advertising campaigns and at the same time allows customer service. This varied operation makes it possible for us to obtain more perfect results for our sector, because we can do several things at the same time.
3.- SugarCRM offers an unbeatable notification system, capable of alerting at the exact moment about each requirement of potential clients (these notificactions are also received in the App for mobile phones).

What do you dislike about SugarCRM?

My only complaint regarding SugarCRM services is the customer chat service. This chat service is quite direct and fast when sending all kinds of messages and also allows a fast delivery of documents and files to clients, however, when initiating a communication via camera through this chat, the experience becomes a little slow, causing the video transmission to be a little slow and the audio transmission on this webcam, to be slow. I consider this to be a factor that SugarCRM could improve, so I continue to use this platform despite this problem. SugarCRM has very good features to offer to all types of sales areas.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SugarCRM solve?

SugarCRM is currently implemented in our sales sector. I'm grateful to have this platform in my work area and to be able to make use of it on a daily basis, because it has simplified the sales process in a great way, it has managed to give us greater satisfaction to all customers and it has also that we can get in touch with them in a more direct way. It has also allowed us to manage our advertising campaigns and have a perfect management of the traffic generated by each campaign. SugarCRM is undoubtedly being a perfect solution for our work area.

What do you like about SugarCRM?

With this program you can manage all your contacts. Makes work faster. An amazing simple system for tracking and recording e-mails or phone calls. I can say that this is a very productive and understandable platform. We can improve our work with preconfigured and customizable analytics. Ideally suited for having the most open and understandable list of contacts, which makes it possible to find the right contact.

What do you dislike about SugarCRM?

The postal manager is not so friendly, for example, when I receive a response in my letter, he does not automatically join the leadership or opportunity. Sometimes the synchronization and integration settings are lost. I would like to see stronger reporting capabilities built into free software.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SugarCRM solve?

Strongly recommended. Easy to use. There is everything. Easy to install and use. Competitive price compared to others in the market. The best in support. I would like to say that this is really a very good and interactive solution for increasing your entire sales system. I would like to say that this is a stabilized solution and allows you to largely achieve the company's goals
