It has been helping me improve my customer service in a fairly simple, easy and practical way by greatly optimizing a large number of tasks and processes in a much simpler and organized way than previously.
My biggest complaint has been with their customer service, which although it is true that it is available 24/7, takes too long to respond to any problem or request that arises, which results in the need to wait long periods of time to be able to continue using this application and advance my work.
