What do you like about Toggl?

It is simple to use, and easy to roll out and scale. Starting the timer is a one click thing and every tasks an employee is given is seen in the application. Every progress in recorded in the software and those that have challenges are helped instantly. At the end it shows us the time it has taken to complete a task, the expenses involved and it automatically sends invoices based on algorithms that were set in our system. Its user interface is very friendly in both desktop and mobile applications. It automatically detects idle times and prompts every user to enter manually what they were doing. It syncs well and backs up every data in its system.

What do you dislike about Toggl?

It has been a good journey using Toggl and we haven't experienced any big challenges. The integration challenges we had were sorted by the vendor.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Toggl solve?

We use it mainly to track the time that our employees spend on projects and tasks in order to estimate performance of the employee in expenses and income over a time.

"Great time management software"


What do you like about Toggl?

It stands at the top of time and project management software because its productive features that enhance our performance. It allows us to start a timer on one device and stop the timer after a project on another different device. This happens because it syncs seamlessly on all devices logged in by the user. Even when the timer was forgotten to be stopped, it identifies on idle times and lets you fill in data manually afterwards. Because it knows the times spent on projects, it automatically sends invoices to our clients and it serves as proof of the prices that we give to our customers. It is a simple tool that has a start/stop widget running on top of other applications to make sure that it should not be forgotten. It also helps us to track progress of all our teams' projects done by team members. It is also available on both mobile and desktop devices.

What do you dislike about Toggl?

Toggl presents a great solution to time, expense and project tracking in our organization and we have not seen any challenges using it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Toggl solve?

Invoicing of clients is now automated. Since we track projects, it helps us to encourage those that are lagging behind the deadline to be quick and help them where there are challenges. It's dashboard presents a great view of everything in one place.

What do you like about Toggl?

It syncs across devices meaning that we can start the timer on one device and stop it on another device as we flow with task activities. It allows us to track the time spent on a project, the expenses of the project and how much we should charge the client according to the time and expenses. Toggl creates invoices automatically so that we should have uniform charges and it serves as proof of charges to our clients. The application can run on top of other applications giving us the opportunity not to forget to start and stop the timer. We are also able to track progress on projects of other team members.

What do you dislike about Toggl?

Toggl does not give full details to measure performance of team members and sometimes it does not detect quite times when a person is not working.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Toggl solve?

We track time and money spent on projects and we use it for automatic invoicing of clients. We also track progress of other projects of other team members.
