What do you like about monday.com?

What I like about Monday is that the platform fits very easily according to the needs of the company. Indeed, the software offers several options for customizing the Monday interface. In addition, the software is accessible to the entire team and allows real-time to see the progress of others' works while being easy to use as much on the internet platform as on the mobile app. Eventually, I like Monday to be automatically connected to my Outlook email box. This increases the ease of access to information even more. As soon as a modification occurs, the software automatically notify you by email.This tool helps me organize my projects and visualize the advance for each of the tasks. It also allows me to exchange and collaborate with the other members of my team to be able to work in a synchronized way and move forward faster.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

is difficult to adapt at the beginning to monday.com, given the large number of options and possibilities. I also find that the hit of the solution is a little expensive compared to other solutions that do almost the same thing.However, I have found that the integration of Monday.com with some external tools can sometimes prove complicated, requiring additional steps or workaround. In addition, the very flexibility of the platform, although advantageous, required a period of adaptation for my team, as setting best practices and configurations for our specific needs took time.

What have you been using it for and what problems did monday.com solve?

One thing I like about the Monday website, its constant communication with me via email to keep me informed of any changes that happen, making it easier to access information, and its ease of use on the website and the mobile application as well, it is one of the sites that is very easy to adapt, depending on the needs of the company, it is also possible to access the program before each team and see what are doing the others, in short it's a great site. In addition to being easy, this software allows you to classify and find your way into the classification of projects to be executed. Indeed, the software offers several options allowing you to personalize the user interface. Note also that a person new to project management can train on monday.com

Availability of numerous configurations that goes in-depth - Support for automation by which the user can set the routine first and then forget it while the app takes care of the rest - Easily and effectively track open projects without missing any details. These are points that I like.

I wish there were more integrations with software tools such as GitHub because I am a software developer. However the tool is already very good since it integrates with your calendar.

What do you like about monday.com?

It has a fairly friendly and intuitive interface.
You can organize your tasks in a fairly functional panel.
You can set reminders when a task is due.
Very good for collaborative space and agile methodologies.
It is very easy to keep track of projects and with a simple board you can visualize the progress of it.
The configuration is very simple and there is a lot of documentation about it.
Using cloud version allows you to save installation and have a DRP.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

The price is relatively expensive, but if your organization has a large number of employees.
Some updates are made without warning and there are small intervals of unavailability.
It is difficult to visualize the critical path of a project.
You must train staff in the use of the tool.
On some smartphones the website is distorted.

What have you been using it for and what problems did monday.com solve?

We have not had any problem using monday.com but I think it should be noted that when we started to implement Jira, we left Monday as the task scheduling system and thus be able to take out the timesheets for the payroll payment of the staff.

I like the fast method of adding records to this system. With the support of this software, you can easily find everything that your group has worked on, including photos, updates, projects. At the moment, I have almost no bad problems that can cause my workflow to the wrong point. This is a great platform, in which there is everything, what we need.

What do you like about monday.com?

It's simple to use and everyone has been able to start using it within a few minutes. The ability to customize is quite nice. Customer service is fast and personal. The learning curve is really small. Most of my clients have adopted the product in a matter of hours. Monday is a great way to display the progress of projects and priority to people in and outside of the project. It is far better than other tools that I've used when it comes to ease of use and appearance.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

For Bigger teams, it gets difficult to manage tasks. As the number of projects increase, it gets difficult to separate the tasks and manage them. iOS app is a bit clunky and doesn't have the same feel as the website.

What have you been using it for and what problems did monday.com solve?

Works great for our team. We tried other project management services and Monday was the hands-down winner. My company uses Monday to organize and collaborate on tasks. It is being used regularly by our creative department and occasionally by our marketing team.
