We have managed to streamline our processes ever since we started using Procurement Express. You can simply manage the budget by easily monitoring what you are spending and can easily download reports
i would have wanted a function that i can easily filter the Approved POs with the year or Approval or with date of Approvals
I like its simplicity and user-friendliness. For general users it is logical enough that you dont need to be trained to create orders through the system. It keeps all the relevant documentation, contracts, proposals and approvals together in one place and is easily searchable. It brought some order and transparency to our finances. A cost effective solution that will pay for itself many times over
Very little to dislike about this software. Sometimes logging in takes a bit of effort...there seems to be some issue with the password not being stored...but that may be more related to my PC
We are an SME with people scattered across Europe and the US. PE allows us to coordinate and track purchases and obtain approvals quickly....and to centralise the documentation relating to those purchases all without a Finance Dept.
It was easy to implement and train employees to use. It allows us to remain compliant to policies and to organize our daily requirements for purchasing and accounting.
It would probably not work out if we were a very large 200+ company as the sheer volume would be hard to audit and track.
I am the AP and am also the administrator for Procurement Express. I use it to track future and past spend, as well as audit purchases that might be missing invoices or payments. This allows us to see if a purchase order has been outstanding for a long time or if vendors have issues with shipping or communication.
Easy to use and an item we can use in the office or even in the filed with any mobile device to track all my purchases on a day to day basis.
not really anything to dislike so far. It would be nice for it to text the approving person vs. email only but all the rest works great.

It is very user-friendly. With it being a web-based program, it is also more friendly to new administrators trying to pick up the system for the first time.
The only thing is I can't find with the software is that the subscription is in US Dollars. Unless this is your home currency, there will be fluctuations in pricing.
As a production manager I have complete control and visibility over all my spending on each project I work on.
It has a very long name. I sometimes still use Rubberstamp. Also apparently they refer to it sometimes as PEX, which could be confusing. We've made a video for a company called PEX and they have a similar product...
To create purchase orders and keep record of not only my own, but also other Project Manager's budgets and project spend. It helps us to avoid silly spending mistakes and make sure all our suppliers get paid.
It's very easy to use with a clear process. I like how you can choose your budgets and easily keep track of everything that needs to be paid. It shows the different departments which means we can keep track of spend throughout the company. It's also great that everyone can use the same software, from the marketing team, to the production team, and it's super easy to stick to a budget.
I'm just nitpicking here, but I don't like staring at the colour orange ;) Other than that, it was great!
ProcurementExpress makes it super easy to manage payments for the projects I manage. I can easily see who has been paid, who hasn't and whether I am over budget.
The only thing I dislike is that I can't search by supplier and project simultaneously

I like that it is simple, fast and easy to use, I am the one who closes the PO's and other people in my company create them when ordering goods.
It’s easy to train and show people how to use the program.
The approving process is simple, very easy to create PO simple steps, select who you want to approve it e.g. your managers etc. and options to select how many.
I really like it for its simplicity and it does the job.
When it came to analysing some old but still open POs it took me a while to analyse because people left them there for so long without providing an actual invoice, so the analysis part was a bit long, but you can still export the data to excel and work from there which was really good that they had this option.
Safety in terms of protection and audit trail for security purposes only managers are allowed to approve POs and Procurement does the job really well, anyone can request the PO anyone can use it, its really simple it solved the problem of having an accounts payable person approving every single thing, Procurement does the job really good

The software was very easy to use even when I started using it. It really helps me a lot with managing the costs of my projects and even saves me some time with the "draft" PO's that I can create in advance. Thanks to Procurement for making my life easier!
It is very user-friendly. With it being a web-based program, I don't have to be in-office to approve a PO. I can approve it on-the-go from my smartphone. This saves precious time and gives me complete control no matter where I am. It has helped us save money with better spend monitoring. It has also helped boost office efficiency as I no longer have to be in-office to approve POs!

I can now see all my POs online, I can share POs with Vendor through Procurement express directly.
The Main benefit of using this software is that you can control over each departmental assigned budget, Worry free management system, In case of any changes you want to make in PO; you can edit and update the PO. When you received the delivery, You can update your POs and make a payment timeline as per going.

Have not found any problems with ProcurementExpress.com so far, our POs are simply raised, authorised and then sent directly to the supplier if we wish to do it through ProcurementExpress.

There isn't much about what I dislike about it. Starting up was a little confusing but with the help I got from their team, it solves any issues that I actually had.
