Fieldd has so many amazing features that I don't see anyone else even close to offering: Instant online booking, branded customer apps, dispatch and field management, automated marketing, automated workflow integration with Zapier, and more. Fieldd is easily a great value for the cost. They keep creating new features that I didn't see coming (the most recent is postcard campaigns) and know they have ambitions for more. Everything is well-designed as a modern app - especially the customer-facing aspects of the product.
As a newish and still small company, some parts of the product still aren't totally mature. It's usually little things (like difficulty looking up a specific customer history, or being prompted to hit 'save' on some pages even when I didn't make any changes) but they have an outsized annoyance. I wish they would publish their development roadmap so I could plan for upcoming features, and I regularly submit feature requests. On the other hand, it's a small company, so I never get a canned and corporate response when I reach out.
I use Fieldd to manage a mobile car detailing company. We've used it to manage service delivery with anywhere from 1-10 detailers and plan to continue growing. Fieldd makes it incredibly easy to create a menu of services, manage the technicians delivering those services, let customers book those jobs online, track job delivery (using checklists for quality control), collect payment upon completion, and gather feedback/prompt customer reviews after the fact. It's an amazing product and I plan to stick around for a long time.
