Vrixe is a simple collective planning tool for teams. We wanted to help teams edit events collectively while they carrying their guests along with the plan progress.
We looked at software applications in general, serving every facet of our lives in inspiring ways but absent in events for the majority who make plans for gatherings especially on small and medium scales; that reunion, the group trip or small drama/dinner show you and your team are planning. We tried to understand why. Our findings were that most event plans are made via chats and repeated back and forth communication.
Our solution is Vrixe, a web app progressively designed in absolute simplicity all possible from a browser in your pocket. Vrixe is not a calendar, it's a new kind of App, think Google Docs, meets Evites, meets your favorite calendar, meets Doodle and still looks like an alarm app. What Vrixe does is enhance the way your team makes a plan by helping you collaboratively edit details on the same event and your guests can follow the progress as you finalize your plan. Bringing you closer to your team and your team to your crowd.
Our aim with Vrixe is to enhance the way you make your plans, while you and your team focus on having the best occasion.
