What do you like about Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 truly help us collects all the data about our clients and extract Ideas related to their interactions and history. It combines sales, marketing, finance, and others, and integrates with the rest of Microsoft services. it is unique from other CRMs I used before, the design is so simple, and as packed with Microsoft 365 subscription the price is decent. It allows us to understand the customer’s needs and provides solutions based on them. The app can boost sales and benefits the overall growth of the business.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 is not performing so accurately regarding forecasts, it should be updated.
Although the UI is friendly, the UX is not so good, as sometimes it's confusing to look at some of the data you need, thus it may take you some time and effort to master the app.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Microsoft Dynamics 365 solve?

We needed a solution for our teams to use their data that is simple and easy to use. We need it to be integrable with communication and collaboration apps, thus where communications with clients are done. As part of Microsoft 365 service, Dynamic 365 integrates CRM with other apps like Outlook and Teams and shares with one drive.

What do you like about Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 provide data very systematically and In a very easy manner.The Customer Service module allows us to view data including open cases, resolved cases, draft emails, and activities like calls, emails or texts with customers on its Dashboards, though a Timeline allows the data to be shown systematic way.For Example if you click on the open a case, and you'll see additional information including a customer profile and all precious data. In a particular timeline so you can verify the data.
Another important feature is the Project Service module which helps us to manage project-based services provided by the clients.We can track a project from initial sale to final invoice.
Microsoft also provide separate helpline for the dynamics 365 products and a huge open form to chat with other users.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365?

I have faces several crash problem on there mobile application.I think there is some bug in the application.I also think there is a lack of intuitive design structure.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Microsoft Dynamics 365 solve?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 provide my firm a seamlessly bridge between my firm to the clients. It also integrated with office 365 due to that it help us save time in many works.
Overall it is every helpful in customer relationship management and has help us track and complete many cases in my firm.
