Expensive but worth it for the right use case

What do you like about Twitfox?

I'm honestly not sure how they do it but the minute I turn off my subscription my Twitter engagement drops a TON. And it's usually very relevant engagement that I get from them so really impressive. Super simple and streamlined UX.

What do you dislike about Twitfox?

Super expensive - it's like 5x the price of Buffer so if I find something that provides similar results I'd switch quickly as I don't think Twitter as a platform adds much value for us - it's really about perception of our business. The support and on/off of plans is very low quality guessing they're tight staffed.
