What do you like about Audiense?

The possibility of knowing in a segmented way the people connected on Twitter, Those who post criteria or ratio of followed followers you can evaluate; also the report of best hours to post on twitter and the other reports (Best time to tweet)

What do you dislike about Audiense?

My community report is not robust or complete. I need other segmentation elements. For example I am evaluating the IBM Whatson tool and seeing other elements of Big Data that are not only gender, age or followers, I am talking that they must include other elements of behavior and use of the platform.
